How Does It Work?

Simply buy this product in the store to reserve your spot in line.

Next, we will contact you to schedule a time to do the installation.

Before the scheduled time, you will install a program on your computer called TeamViewer. This is a free program that will allow us to remotely access your computer to do the installation.

TeamViewer is a reliable and secure program that has been around for years.

Once you install the program, it will generate a random username and password that we will enter into TeamViewer on our end and that will allow us to access your computer.

We can only access your computer if you have TeamViewer open on your computer and we have the username and password.

You can even watch us do the work.

To remove access to your computer, simply change the password, or better yet, uninstall TeamViewer altogether.

When the scheduled time comes, have MetaTrader open on your computer and have the indicator, script or EA available on your desktop.

Our work is done when the indicator or EA is installed and working with the default settings.

How long will the process take?
It usually takes 40 minutes or less to install an indicator or EA. This will depend on if you have all of the right software on hand, the speed of your internet connection and if you need push notifications or not.

Can I watch while you install the indicator or EA?

Will you help me setup push notifications to my mobile app?
Yes, we can help you setup the connection between the desktop version of MetaTrader and your mobile device. Just let us know before we start the work. We will install the EA or indictor, and send a test alert to your phone.  When that’s successful, our work is complete.

Can you help me setup my indicator or EA with the optimal settings?
No, this is only an installation service. We will install the software and get it running with the default settings. The optimal settings for the indicator or EA should be provided by the vendor or creator of the product.

Can I ask questions about the install afterwards?
Yes, we provide full email support after the installation.

Can you install custom indicators and EAs on mobile?
No, custom indicators and EAs only work on the desktop versions of MetaTrader. To get alerts on your mobile device, you have to install an indicator or EA that sends push notifications to the mobile app.

Can I pay with cryptocurrency?
Yes, simply select your favorite cryptocurrency as your payment type during checkout.

Can you install custom indicators on MetaTrader for Mac?
Yes.

Is there a guarantee?
If we cannot get the indicator or EA working with the default settings, we will refund your money.
